hhh5 Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering on, or using the hhh5 platform at hhh5.onl (hereinafter "the Platform", "hhh5", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("Member", "Player", "You") unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and hhh5.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform and contact hhh5 support to close your account. Continued use of the Platform after any change to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

hhh5 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time, at its sole discretion, without prior individual notification to members. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Material changes affecting your rights or obligations will be communicated via on-platform notifications or email to your registered address where practicable. Your continued use of hhh5 following any such revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

To access real-money products on hhh5, you must register a member account. By submitting a registration, you warrant and represent that:

• All information you provide during registration is accurate, current, and complete.
• You are an individual person acting on your own behalf — not a corporation, trust, or automated agent.
• You are registering only one (1) hhh5 account for your own personal use. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• You have not previously had an hhh5 account suspended or closed for breach of these Terms.
• You have not been self-excluded from the Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You are registering your own personal Pakistani mobile number and payment method — you are the authorised user of that number.

hhh5 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time through Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete. Providing false information during registration constitutes an immediate breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of any associated balances.

By registering on hhh5, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. hhh5 conducts active age verification as part of the KYC process, typically triggered at first withdrawal or upon any suspicion of underage use. Acceptable proof of age includes a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or Pakistani Passport.

Where hhh5 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a member is under 21 years of age:

• The account will be suspended immediately, pending age verification.
• All deposits and winnings will be frozen pending the outcome of the verification process.
• If the member is confirmed to be under 21, the account will be permanently closed and all deposits will be returned; any winnings generated will be forfeited.
• The matter may be referred to relevant supervisory bodies as required under our licensing obligations.

The hhh5 Platform is provided for the personal entertainment use of eligible members only. You agree not to use the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful, abusive, or contrary to these Terms. Specifically, you must not:

• Access the Platform using automated bots, scripts, or any non-human means.
• Exploit software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any hhh5 game or product.
• Engage in any form of arbitrage, advantage play that breaches specific game rules, or systematic exploitation of promotional offers.
• Facilitate, assist, or enable any third party to access the Platform in contravention of these Terms.
• Use the Platform in connection with any money-laundering activity or financial crime.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract data from the Platform.
• Circumvent any geo-restriction, security measure, or access control implemented by hhh5.

Breach of any of the above will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in referral to relevant authorities.

hhh5 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible members from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms disclosed at the point of offer, including wagering requirements. General conditions applicable to all hhh5 bonuses include:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated in each individual promotion's terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible members only. hhh5 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion. New member welcome bonuses are available to first-time registrants only — one per person, household, and device.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to abuse bonuses — including registering multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, using bonus funds in a manner designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or exploiting promotional offers contrary to their spirit — will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in account termination.
• Expiry: Bonus funds not used within the stated period will automatically expire and be removed from your account.
• Game Restrictions: Certain bonuses may be restricted to specific games or product categories. Bets placed on excluded games may not count toward wagering requirements.

hhh5 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments already made to members who have accepted and acted on an offer in good faith.

hhh5 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT (TRC-20). The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• Minimum Deposit: Rs 100. Maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day, as displayed in your account payment settings.
• Deposits: JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited to your hhh5 wallet in real time under normal circumstances. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 15 minutes to process. hhh5 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed only to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, as an anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering control. Withdrawals to JazzCash or EasyPaisa are typically processed within 15 minutes for KYC-verified accounts. Bank withdrawals may take up to 2 business hours.
• KYC Requirement: Withdrawal requests from accounts that have not completed KYC verification will be held pending identity confirmation. hhh5 is not liable for delays resulting from incomplete KYC documentation.
• Withdrawal Limits: Minimum withdrawal amounts and maximum daily limits apply and are displayed in your account settings. hhh5 reserves the right to stage large withdrawals across multiple payment cycles.
• Currency: All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in PKR. USDT transactions are converted at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction, as displayed in the payment interface.
• Dormant Accounts: Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. hhh5 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable regulations, following written notice to the member's registered contact details.

All sports betting and casino wagers placed on hhh5 are subject to the specific game or event rules applicable at the time of the wager. General rules applying to all betting activity on the Platform include:

• All bets are final once confirmed. hhh5 does not accept requests to cancel or reverse placed bets except in cases of a clear and demonstrable platform error.
• In the event of a technical error that results in a clearly incorrect price being offered on a sporting market, hhh5 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.
• Cricket betting markets — including PSL, international T20Is, Test matches, and other fixtures — are governed by the specific cricket betting rules published on the Platform. Results are determined on official outcomes as declared by the relevant governing body.
• hhh5 reserves the right to limit, suspend, or close any betting market at any time, particularly where integrity concerns arise.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and per member. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface.

hhh5 is committed to a fair gaming environment for all members. All casino games, slots, and RNG-based products on the Platform use independently certified random number generation software. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using software, devices, or strategies designed to manipulate or predict game outcomes.
• Chip dumping, tournament collusion, or any similar practice in poker or tournament products.
• Exploiting known game bugs, rendering errors, or mathematical vulnerabilities for monetary gain.
• Providing false information to the hhh5 support team in the context of a dispute or investigation.

Where hhh5 has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of fair play principles, it reserves the right to suspend the implicated account(s), freeze associated funds, conduct an investigation, and permanently terminate accounts where a breach is confirmed. All investigative decisions are final subject to applicable regulatory appeal procedures.

All content on the hhh5 Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, brand marks, UI elements, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of hhh5 or its licenced content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You must not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any hhh5 content without prior written authorisation. Unauthorised use of hhh5 intellectual property will be treated as a serious breach and may be subject to legal action.

hhh5 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising gambling-related harm. In accordance with its international gaming licence obligations, hhh5 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all members, accessible directly from your account dashboard:

hhh5 will not send promotional communications to members who have activated self-exclusion or cooling-off tools. Members who have self-excluded must not attempt to create new accounts or circumvent exclusion measures. Doing so constitutes a breach of these Terms.

hhh5 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, including chargebacks, payment fraud, or identity theft.
• Suspected money laundering or any activity linked to financial crime.
• Underage gambling (member confirmed to be under 21 years of age).
• Bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or any systematic exploitation of the Platform.
• Any action that hhh5 reasonably determines to be detrimental to its business, reputation, or licensing obligations.

Upon termination for cause, hhh5 reserves the right to withhold any balance associated with the account pending investigation. Where a breach of fair play or financial crime is confirmed, funds may be forfeited in whole or in part. Where an account is closed for reasons other than member fault, any real-money balance will be returned via the member's registered payment method within a reasonable time.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting hhh5 support. Any pending bets will be settled in the normal course; remaining real-money balances will be returned following identity verification and completion of any pending wagering requirements on bonus funds.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hhh5 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, savings, or data arising from your use of the Platform.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages of any nature, even if hhh5 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures caused by circumstances beyond hhh5's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, internet outages, or third-party payment processing delays.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• The actions of third-party game providers or payment processors operating on or connected to the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to limit hhh5's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. hhh5's total aggregate liability to any member for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

hhh5 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering on hhh5, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming obligations.

hhh5 will not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Your data may be shared with regulatory bodies, law enforcement agencies, payment processors, and KYC verification partners as required by applicable law or our licensing obligations.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under hhh5's international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, hhh5 encourages members to first contact the support team to seek an informal resolution.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be referred to the formal dispute resolution process outlined by hhh5's licensing authority. hhh5 will provide full cooperation in any such process and will not discriminate against members who exercise their right to seek independent dispute resolution.

Disputes relating to individual bets or game outcomes must be raised within 30 days of the event in question. hhh5 will not consider disputes raised outside this window unless there are exceptional circumstances.
